How can I use the Gift Vouchers?
Roots Revealed Genealogy Gift Vouchers may be used towards the cost of any of the genealogy services offered by Roots Revealed.
What is the minimum amount I can buy?
The minimum amount is for four hours (i.e. £160) and Gift Vouchers may be purchased in any multiple of £40.
Purchase of 30 hours includes a 10% reduction and costs £1080.
How long are the Gift Vouchers valid for?
Gift Vouchers remain valid for one year from the date of purchase.
However, any extenuating circumstances that has prevented the recipient getting in touch will be taken into consideration.
How are the vouchers redeemed?
The Gift Voucher will include details for the recipient to get in touch with Roots Revealed when they are ready.
If they are interested in having genealogy research completed, we will ask them to share with what they already know about their family history and to specify what their research objectives are.
Once that is done, the research will be scheduled and a date for completion will be provided.
What if it is not possible to find any information?
Occasionally it is the case that there is simply not enough information known on ancestors to allow for a family history research report to be completed. In this case, a full refund will be provided to the person who purchased the gift voucher.
